TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering for participation in Pepsi Cricket Night, the participant (you, your) agrees
to
be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
About the Cricket Match
- The Cricket Match is conducted by Pepsi-Cola International (Private) Limited (the "Company").
- The Cricket Match shall be held in eight (8) cities across Pakistan namely, Karachi, Lahore,
Islamabad
/Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Sukkur and Peshawar.
- The cricket matches will be live from 24th February till 18th March 2026.
Cricket Match will be conducted between 11:00 pm and 3:00 am. Each team shall be allowed a maximum
of
forty (40) minutes of gameplay.
- The registration process shall be completed by the team captain, who shall provide complete and
accurate
details of all team members. Each team shall consist of a minimum of four (4) players and a maximum
of
eight (8) players.
- Registration confirmation does not guarantee participation. Cricket Match slots shall be allotted
strictly on first come, first registered basis.
How to Enter
- Registration shall be completed by scanning the QR code and submitting the required details through
the
online link. To submit your entry, you will require an active internet or mobile data connection.
- The selected captain will receive a confirmation call from the number 0371-3289695 to verify their
slot,
followed by a unique code sent via SMS.
- If an individual team member has already played once, such an individual shall not be permitted to
play
again for another Cricket Match.
- Upon arrival at the cricket ground, each team member shall:
- Sign the consent form;
- Present their unique confirmation code for verification; and
- Purchase one (1) 500ml Pepsi bottle at the venue.
Failure to comply with the above requirements shall result in disqualification from participation in
the
Cricket Match.
- Late arrival will result in a reduction of overs. If time remains within forty (40) minutes match
duration, the team may be permitted to play additional overs, at the sole discretion of the umpire.
- The umpires will brief the rules of the game prior to the commencement of the Cricket Match. Failing
to
comply with the instructions of the umpire and the rules of the game by any team member shall result
in
immediate disqualification of the team.
Eligibility
- Participation is open to individuals who are resident of Pakistan, aged 18 years or above, and
holding a
valid CNIC. Minors are not allowed to participate.
- The captain's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed acceptance on behalf of the
entire
team, and the captain shall ensure that all members comply with them.
- The captain confirms that consent has been obtained from all team members and he/she has been duly
authorized by each team member to share their personal information with the Company, and any
incorrect,
incomplete or false information will result in immediate disqualification of the team.
- The captain shall be solely responsible for the conduct and behavior of all team members, including
any
incidents, disputes, injuries to others or misconduct.
- Employees and those of the Company's affiliates, agents or distributors (including any promotion
partners) and their respective immediate family and household members, are not permitted to
participate
in the Cricket Match.
- The Company reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these
Terms &
Conditions, or any participant who has acted in an unfair, fraudulent or misleading manner or
otherwise
in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Prizes
- The winning team will be awarded a trophy at the end of the Cricket Match.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company will provide equipment/kits on an "as-is" basis for use by team members, and makes no
warranties or representations regarding its condition, quality or fitness for any purpose, except
that it
meets generally accepted market standards. Participation in the Cricket Match is voluntary and is
entirely at your own risk. If any participant considers the equipment provided to be unsuitable,
they
may, at their own discretion and responsibility, use alternative equipment of their choice.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any injury,
loss,
damage or expense arising out of or in connection with any participant's participation in, or
inability
to participate in the Cricket Match, including (without limitation) any injury to person, damage to
property, acts or omissions of other participants or the use of cricket equipment/kits whether
provided
by the Company or otherwise.
- The Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical
fault,
malfunction, or failure of any system, network, device or service.
- The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse
participation, disqualify any participant/team, amend, suspend, relocate, reschedule or cancel any
activity, event or Cricket Match for operational, safety, regulatory or force majeure reasons, and
shall
not be liable for any delay, disruption, cancellation arising therefrom, or any losses incurred by
you
as a result.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings
during the
event/ Cricket Match.
- Each participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates,
representatives, agents, employees and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities,
losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the
Cricket Match, including (without limitation) any personal injury, illness, death, property damage
or
loss, any acts or omissions of the participant, any interaction with other participants or third
parties,
any use of or unsuitability of equipment or materials (whether provided by the Company or
otherwise), and
any misconduct by the participant or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Ownership of Entries
- By entering and participating in the Cricket Match, participants consent to the collection and use
of
their personal data and agree that their name, contact details, video, image, audio, voices or
photographs may be recorded, reposted, published or otherwise used by the Company for business,
promotional, event management and social media purposes on the Company's website and social media
platforms.
- You confirm that:
- you own and control all rights in the information submitted and are entitled to use and
submit
the same;
- you have obtained the required consents from all individuals referred to in the
registration, and
that its submission and the Company's use of it pursuant to these Terms & Conditions does
not and
will not infringe the rights of any individual, entity or business, including intellectual
property, moral, data protection, privacy or confidentiality rights; and
- your entry does not violate any applicable law and does not contain any content that is
obscene,
indecent, untrue, misleading, defamatory or derogatory in any way or which would incite
crime or
public disorder.
Publicity and Data Protection
- If your entry is selected, you may be required to participate in reasonable publicity. The Company
may
publish and use any content and your name, image, likeness, voice and video footage in any media for
publicity purposes during or after the Cricket Match. You will sign an appropriate consent form for
this
purpose if requested by the Company.
- All personal information that you provide to the Company or which the Company obtains for the
Cricket
Match shall be handled by in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the PepsiCo privacy policy

General
- By accepting the terms, the captain confirms that the captain and all team members are medically fit
to
play. The Company shall not be responsible for any pre-existing or unforeseen medical conditions.
- Participants shall comply with all event/game rules, safety instructions, and venue guidelines, show
respect to other players, and avoid any behavior that is unsafe, disruptive or abusive. The Company
reserves the right to remove any participant violating such rules.
- Product samples (if any) will be provided on an "as is" basis and while stocks last. Participants
are
responsible for checking ingredients and suitability prior to consumption.
- Participation does not create any employment, agency or contractual relationship between the
participant
and the Company.
- Participants shall comply with all applicable laws, local regulations and venue rules during the
event/Cricket Match.
